When a refund is issued to the Customer by VSONET EDUCATION, the refund may take up to 20 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable.

VSONET EDUCATION will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.Course examination vouchers are non-refundable.

Deferring of training:

Upon commencement of the training course, VSONET EDUCATION accepts that occasionally an individual delegate may wish to for personal reasons; defer a training to a later date. In this case, the delegate will be subject to a rescheduled exam fee of N10,000 and must reschedule the training within 20 working days of the original training date date, subject to availability. We do not allow the deferral of exams. Delegates must inform VSONET EDUCATION of the deferral at least 24hours in advance of the original training time.
